Cheyney is currently serving as Chief Experience Officer, EMEA and APAC at Isobar, based
out of London. Isobar is a global full-service digital agency (70 offices across 45 countries),
creatively solving critical and complex client challenges in the digital era. Isobar conceives,
designs and builds innovative experiences for the world’s largest organizations and enables
‘Brand Commerce’ by connecting powerful brand narratives with commercial interactions.
Isobar has a relentless focus on delivering “Ideas Without Limits,” and takes pride in helping
clients transform business processes, disrupt industries and find new ways to connect
    with customers.

Cheyney previously served as Chief Creative Officer, Europe for IBM Interactive Experience,
where she launched eight European studios for their “go-to-market” agency model.
She is a passionate and conceptual digital storyteller with expertise in complex business
transformation, building, leading and inspiring Interactive studios, omni-channel and
    experience design.

Recognized internationally as an award-winning creative, she is also deeply committed to
addressing issues of diversity and women in advertising. After a worldwide search, Cheyney
was one of 12 women selected to take part in Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity’s
inaugural “See It Be It” program in 2014. This initiative aims to foster rising female creatives
and to address the under-representation of women in executive creative leadership. She was
invited back to Cannes Lions Festival in 2015 as a member of the Cyber Jury and again in 2016
to speak at Innovation Lions with David Rowan, Editor-in-Chief, Wired UK. In 2016, Cheyney also
spoke at Spikes Asia and will be serving as Jury President for the Interactive, Mobile and Digital
    Craft categories at Eurobest 2016.

Away from the office, Cheyney is a volunteer and expert for Apps for Good, an organization
which supports digital literacy for children, is a frequent speaker (Hyper Island, Berlin School
for Creative Leadership) and mentor for SheSays (the global creative network for women) and the 3% Conference. She is also a member of BIMA (where she was selected in the Hot 100 of 2015), The Art Directors Club (where she served as Chair of the Digital and Integrated Juries
2016), D&AD (where she mentors in the Shift program) and she also previously served as a
    board member of AIGA.
