    Kathleen is a highly successful, strategic thinker with more than 25 years of marketing experience. As Chief Operating Officer, she is a core member of Lowe Campbell Ewald’s executive leadership team responsible for leading agency communications for clients, which include Fortune 500 firms and government agencies. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the recruiting, defense, financial, automotive, health and retail verticals. With a strong track record developing innovative marketing and communications programs that create brand engagement, sales and loyalty, Kathleen is a thought leader and business builder. She is a collaborative leader who builds high performance, cross-functional teams. She is competitive, entrepreneurial, passionate, persuasive and an articulate executive who delivers marketing ROI.

    Named COO of Lowe Campbell Ewald in 2013, Kathleen’s current role is the latest in a series with increasing operational responsibilities. In her previous role as President/Managing Director, Kathleen led the Navy account, an agency client for 12 years, and established the Lowe Campbell Ewald San Antonio office after winning the USAA account in 2009.

    Prior to joining the agency, Kathleen worked as Regional Group Brand Director at Ogilvy & Mather-London, where she restructured processes on the Ford of Europe account to bring greater strategic and creative thinking to bear on the client’s work. As Director of Brand Planning at Ogilvy & Mather-Detroit, she co-created Ford’s brand management system, co-developed the agency’s first planning process, and brought global alignment to all of Ford’s research activities.
